Uwem Ituh is the founder of Wiltern Construction Ltd. Mr. Ituh studied design/construction at Texas Southern University, College of Technology. Prior to establishing Wiltern Construction Ltd, he worked as a designer for Design Automation and Gooden Consulting Engineers. He also was a Construction Manager for Plantation Homes, and KB Homes. At Plantation Homes, he received awards for shortest time in construction and highest quarterly production.

Mr. Ituh is an accomplished individual offering years of successful experience as a construction manager, experienced in projects co-ordination encompassing all aspects of budgeting, costing, labor forecasting and analysis, permitting, inspections, codes and regulations, and final walk-through with clients. Mr. Ituh's career reflects hard work, integrity and competence.
